State Duma Deputy Anatoly Vyborny moderated the First Car Rental Conference for owners and managers of car rental businesses in Russia. It was attended by Pin-Up representatives of the MADI, traffic police, the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as entrepreneurs and industry experts.

The participants discussed the problems that exist in the rental market.
